My IRL friend Joseph sketches most days ’round lunchtime. His work is really cool. He has a thematic penchant for octopus and other cephalopods, which I share. For this one he took a joke I think I made, as a request (about a cuttlefish with a jet pack) and produced this awesomeness!

What was the joke?
Heh 🙂 I really don’t remember completely how we got to that. 🙂 For his blog he hosts wordpress software on his own server, and so installed something called “jetpack” to get his blog social-media like buttons and subscriptions. I deliberately “misunderstood” him and started talking about real jetpacks. We both think octopus, cuttlefish, and squid are some of the coolest things ever, so it just kind of naturally went that direction. I didn’t say it was a funny joke… 🙂
