Painting: Deployment, part 3

Here is a slide show of how my painting Deployment progressed.  I had planned on showing this weeks ago when I finished this painting, but had technical difficulties with converting the photos to video.  WordPress’ slide show to the rescue!  And slide shows are ridiculously easy to add to posts — I had just never noticed it was available…  So thanks to Andy Parkinson for pointing it out!

  1. I love seeing this progression. And I adore the final work. 🙂

  2. What fun to see the slide show of this painting as it came together. I’ll have to check out the slide show feature…I didn’t know that was available on WordPress.

    Great painting, Zorgor!

    • Thanks! 🙂 I guess it is kind of a ‘hidden’ feature… Basically, start a post, save a draft first, then drag the images you want to make a slideshow of to the ‘add media’ ‘from computer’ box, in the order you want them to be in the slideshow. Then there’s a button way at the bottom of that dialog, that says “insert slideshow” I think.

I'd love to hear your thoughts and interpretations! Your comments and likes are what keep the paintings and posts coming. :)
